2. Account Suspension and Data Removal

A. Payment Delinquency
- If a customer fails to pay their invoice on time, we will issue one warning and allow a 14-day grace period. If payment is not received within this period, the account will be suspended.

B. Account Suspension Consequences
- Upon account suspension, all data will be removed after 30 days. ENIMBUS360 maintains data backups for the last 7 days, and these backups will be overwritten with the latest data.
3. Support and Data Access

- Customers must purchase premium support to access backend data, request alterations, or corrections.

B. First Level Support
- Customers who have connected with partners for their subscription should contact the partners for first-level support. Partners will escalate issues to the ENIMBUS360 Technical Team if premium support hours are available.
